Dewayne and Kim Poehl own and operate Pro-Tech Painting and Drywall. Dewayne is a Texas Tech graduate and Kim was
born here in Lubbock. They have roots and a family here in Lubbock and strive to achieve new and innovative practices
for the painting industry. Most of all they want their customers to have a professional and a great experience.
Dewayne learned to paint and drywall working with his father growing up in Houston. Then attended Texas Tech and graduated with a degree in Communication Studies. After college he went to work for Sherwin-Williams for 8 years and learned about paint coatings.
While working for Sherwin-Williams Dewayne gained valuable knowledge about running a business and customer service. He has been certified by Sherwin-Williams in the following

Kim is a graduate of Texas State University with a BBA in marketing.
With former job experience in marketing and real estate sales she understands what the consumer wants. As a business
major she uses her skills to help out in accounting and marketing at Pro-Tech Painting and Drywall.

line contractor grades and top of the line consumer paints. The best contractor grades are not as good as the best consumer
paints. Ask your contractor to put the name of the paint line on his written estimate.
