Here are some of the ways we show our commitment:
Set-Up - Items are placed in the center of the room and covered. All floors are protected with drop cloths. All trim is masked according to the surface to be painted.
Preparation - We fill small holes in walls, repair small cracks, and sand surfaces that are to be painted. We also cover light fixtures, remove light switch plates and electrical plates before painting.
Paint - We prime repaired areas and use premium quality paints to produce superior quality, long-lasting finishes. Unless otherwise stated we apply at least two finish coats of paint to ensure full coverage. On rare occasions one coat may be possible, but it depends on existing color, sheen and condition of existing coating.
Clean up - Furniture and accessories are moved back to their desired locations. All trim is checked as we unmask. Switch plates, and electrical plates are put back on. All of our tools and materials are removed. Extra paint will be left onsite for the homeowner.
Review - After our own inspection and final touch-ups you are welcome to inspect the work performed with us to ensure you are satisfied before payment is requested.
